Traffic gridlock in local area. Noise & pollution locally. Lack of infrastructure to support such a large development. Destruction of green space. Why here? Why is this development needed? With planned huge residential development locally, this commercial development will totally destroy the local villages with its size & nature. Why not build this concept to run into an industrial development, such as magna park, where the goods & commodities are required & industrial units already exist? The local infrastructure, road network, etc will not be able to cope with such a huge development. The dodwells industrial area close by is already a gridlock area regularily blocking the major A5 trunk road. Devaluation of all the local housing stock in the vicinity of this development. Destruction of the common a local green space used by many people locally for recreational purposes.
