This application is lacking in detail. There is no joined up infrastructure planning in the area. The Midlands is already a logistics nightmare for those living in it. We have several hubs already in Enderby. Coalville. A5. Magna Park to name a few. I commute daily south M69 to j21 for northbound M1 The traffic queuing southbound to get off at junction most days stretches back to j22. Mainly Hgv. Only this one island. Cannot take any further traffic. I fear for increase in lung conditions and expect particle pollution way above recommendation for those living in the area. Scale of development out of keeping with small South Leicestershire villages. Development previously of j for northbound M69 at burbage deemed unsafe. Burbage common...land for people will be decimated by scale of this. Huge impact on wildlife snd wellbeing of residents. 24hr traffic lights and noise. I think need move away from these and promote growth local small business . These logistics do not fit with move on environmental protection. Carbon offset I do not support as often paper exercise. We do not require the jobs already million job vacancies I hear. Other logistics sites nearby units empty. Encourages further traffic with commuting workers. If add any more traffic to roads hear I will never get to work!!
