There will be a negative impact on the open space in the Burbage Common / Elmeshorpe area, reducing the enjoyment of the immediate countryside to where I live due to the destruction of open and farming space. There will be an increase in noise levels, as well as an increase in car and lorry traffic in the local area to the proposed site, reducing the air quality and quality of life for local people, even if there is arguably an overall improvement to CO2 by reducing overall lorry traffic across a much greater area.
