The environmental impact will be devastating. A beautiful area of local nature will be ruined forever. Local people will lose an amazing space which will detrimentally impact their mental health. The noise and light pollution will be irrevesible. This development is totally unneccessary here and should be moved to Magna Park where there are swathes of open land which are totally suitable, or not built at all and East Midlands gateway or Dirft expanded instead.
