The traffic over the last few years has increased in the area due to new housing and other factors. Traffic waiting to cross the train track is already at a point where it is difficult to even get into Narborough. The Standing traffic is causing major delays, road rage and pollution in the area. To increase the amount of time that the barriers are down will make traveling during rush hour even more difficult increasing pollution even more and generally making life difficult for everyone. Add to this the barrier failures and you have gridlock. To allow this rail hub to go forward is madness and in my opinion irisponsable.
