Did the Rochdale envelope concept still apply as they had heard this was no longer relevant, and was the IPC to update its advice note regarding the Rochdale Envelope

Rochdale Envelope is case law, we are not aware of any recent decisions that would effectively supersede this. The IPC does review its advice notes but has not current plans to revise Advice Note 9: the Rochdale Envelop
