What happens to the documents submitted to the Examination of a particular project, once it has been decided? Are these kept at PINS or on an accessible website?

I'm particularly interested in the M25 Junction 23 - 27, and M25 Junction 5 - 7 projects.

Advice given

For Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (decided under the Planning Act 2008) all documents are published on the National Infrastructure website, including after a decision has been issued (see here: http://infrastructure.planningportal.gov.uk/ )

For projects decided under the Highways Act or other regimes (including those you refer to specifically in your enquiry) the Planning Inspectorate does not publish the documentation on its website. Documents will have been passed on to the relevant Secretary of State, or I would suggest that you contact the applicant directly as they may still have them available.
