Anyone who wishes to observe the hearings in real time should use the following link East Yorkshire (liveeventstream.online). Please note that the event(s) will start broadcasting LIVE when opened by the Examining Authority. If the Livestream does not work initially, it may be resolved by refreshing the webpage.

We have published a note of an Unaccompanied Site Inspection (PDF,143KB) carried out by the Examining Authority on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 April 2024.
The Agenda for the Preliminary Meeting (PDF, 441KB) which will commence at 10:00am on Tuesday 21 May 2024 can be found in Annex A of the Rule 6 documentation issued on 23 April 2024. We have also published an updated Agenda for Issue Specific Hearing 1 on the Draft Development Consent Order (PDF, 178KB), which is due to be commence at 14:00pm on Tuesday 21 May 2024 and from 10:00am on Wednesday 22 May 2024 (if required). Both events will be in a blended format, with the in-person element taking place at Parsonage Hotel and Spa, Escrick, York, North Yorkshire, YO19 6LF.
A livestream of the Preliminary Meeting and Issue Specific Hearing 1 will be available during each event. Joining Instructions will be sent to those attending remotely shortly before the start of these events.
