This cannot be allowed to go ahead, I regularly walk at both the Brind site and down Spaldington and both areas are teeming with wildlife!! Every time I see deer, foxes, hares, rabbits and birds of prey, buzzards and other kinds, building the solar farm will obliterate their home!!! There's also the road infrastructure, it's not capable of accommodating all the plant and machinery it would entail and for years not just a few weeks! The locals don't deserve to have their roads invaded by huge vehicles for the next two years or so, not to mention the damage done! This solar farm will totally ruin all the surrounding countryside of Howden, Spaldington, Eastrington and villages, we need this for our mental health!! Then there's the farmers crops, these fields grow food year in year out, we need more crop fields not less! And 40 years is not temporary!! It'll not only see me out but potentially my children too!
