I have serious concerns about the size and the scale of the project - my house is one of the most impacted as it will be surrounded on 3 sides by the development; the views that are part of the character and why we moved will be ruined without additional works; the value will plummet; and our countryside will become an industrial landscape. Concerns have been raised and I am encouraged by the developers talk of planting buffers, matures hedges etc but I am concerned on how this will be held accountable or whether it meets the scale required. I am in agreement for some development, but the size of this in such a small area is absurd. In addition, it is clear that farmers have been running down yields in the run up to this in order to show little other value for the land. This process seems to bypass a lot of the due diligence required.
