I am concerned about the impact on the local area and roads. Howden's road network is already at its limit and has too many HGV's going through on its narrow roads. I am concerned that it will change the area from farmland to semi industrial. I do not believe that the land will be used for grazing animals in between the panels as the land is not used for that now. It is arable land and this proposal will change the use of this land.
