Size of the development, Spaldington will be surrounded. Impact on health, have age young and old and heart and breathing problems in household. Impact on house prices. Impact on wildlife particularly deer. Impact on community. Noise Traffic whilst building and Impact on the roads. Small children playing on the streets. Electricity box noise and possible impacts on health. Safety of batteries will they set on fire. Long term impact on health. Size will intrude on the beautiful countryside. Some residents their houses will be surrounded isn't fair or right. When attending the meetings the Boom representatives were rude, didn't care about the deer, making a comment that there are too many anyway!!
