The impact upon open green spaces around the area will be reduced along with a reduction in viable farming land. An increase in vehicular maintenance vehicles upon the local infrastructure which cannot cope now. A negative impact upon the already reducing open space available to wildlife in the area. The number of dead deers in the area has increased due to the mass building....of which further is yet planned for domestic and industrial premises, fir example, the monstrous fertiliser factory currently under construction which has totally ruined the locality for local residents and the pleasure of where they live in contravention of Article 8 HRAct. The government must answer a question...they have been totally aware of environmental issues and the need for green solutions with which I totally agree are essential for the future of humanity and the planet....question, why have they not introduced legislation requiring builders of both residential and industrial premises to install solar panels and roof tiles at the time of construction. This would be more cost and environmentally friendly.
