I would like to state categorically that I feel having a solar panel farm so close would have a detrimental effect to the area of Howden. As a small town, we have already born the brunt of a drive for more housing. With a vast amount of land now been developed with an incredible amount of houses still planned. The historic town has small roads that have now shown to be straining to cope with more and more infrastructure developed around the area. Several well loved and long standing events have been cancelled this year due to concerns and comments made about traffic jams around the town. More planning concentrated so close to the area I feel will ruin the once idillic rural town once and for all. Please rethink planning. No promises of bypasses and the like will fully deal with the problems that have now already been created. Thank you
