My observations include three areas of concern. 1. Local impact on rural communities. The scale of the proposal, in common with the recently rejected similar proposal for Lincolnshire, would adversely disrupt communities; roads across the County; drainage systems. 2. Economic impact. The Local Authority servicing additional amenities, repairing roads. Alternatively, Solar panels can be placed on the roofs of factories and warehouses in other industrial regions, in place of the countryside. Thereby preserving our food producing farms and delivering solar power to where there is a greater need for large amounts of low cost electicity. For example steel works, manufacturing industriies. Win win. 3. National needs. In a less certain international environment we need both food security and energy security. The energy production should be close to where its most needed and not at the loss of our food security
