most of the sites are only accessable via narrow country roads which are not wide enough for two cars to pass without driving on the grass verge. the proposal to plant trees as a screen around the boundary will have a negative effect on my property as once these trees become mature they will cause a constant shadow also my water supply runs across one of the proposed sites as these sites will be fenced off it will be impossible to repare any leaks.
