Yorkshire Wildlife Trust may wish to comment on the proposals, particularly in relation to the proximity to statutory and non-statutory designated sites, such as SAC's SPA's, Ramsar (and any land functionally linked to these sites), SSSI's and Local Wildlife Sites. We may also comment on ground nesting birds and proposed mitigation, and habitat creation proposals, including the long term management of these habitats, including post decommissioning.
