Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

The airport is currently struggling to run 1 Runway with any efficiency. It cannot handle another one. This is not due to capacity. It appears mainly to be employment issues e.g: There is not enough local demand for jobs to facilitate an Airport that is running 1 runway, let alone 2. Also, the flightpath currently crosses the Metropolitan Green Belt, a southern runway made very little.impact to the Greenbelt. The Northern Runway erodes the appeal, feel and openess of the Greenbelt vastly!
