  1. House Price Value due to noise pollution. How do residents prepare for this? Will we be compensated? 2. Commuting to work via local roads which will experience a higher level of traffic. Also an issue for school runs. Have the traffic levels and additional use of local roads been considered? Many of the country lanes are already used as a cut through for people in the know. 3. Ability to sell property when the biggest appeal of moving to Surrey is that you are moving to a peaceful village. This is worrying. 4. During Summer months there is only a small time during the night where flights are not taking place. When it is warm you cannot have windows open due to the noise, this will be even worse as I imagine the frequency of flights will be higher. Is there any further info on what the frequency of flights through out the year will be? 5. Local infrastructure to support families moving to area ie: pilots. Government run facilities such as doctors surgeries are already over run. How many additional jobs will be created therefore effecting local infrastructure. 6. Demand on other infrastructure such as additional drainage systems etc, more information needs to be shared on what the knock on effects of this could be to local residents. 7. Do we yet know how the air pollution, living under a flight path will effected with increased flights? Take-off and landing are the most polluting its when an aircraft produces maximum emissions and when they make the most noise. This affects air quality, particularly for those working and living near an airport. Chief among the pollutants are nitrogen dioxide, and nitric oxide. 8. Lack of information / Understanding the complex documents that have been sent in the post.
