I am against the proposal. Higher pollution levels from increased cars and flights will adversely affect people's health in the area. The M25 and other roads to Gatwick are already extremely busy, often with delays due to accidents. The roads will not be able to cope with increased traffic. As a country we are supposed to be leading the way on climate change. How can we justify a huge increase in pollution, when we are introducing ULEZ close to Gatwick in London and the surrounding areas? It is extremely hypocritical.
