The increase in noise, carbon emissions, pollution and disruption to wildlife would be unbearable, as a rural airport which operates 24/7 it will impact several areas of outstanding natural beauty, the Surrey Hills and High Weald are just two , not to mention the impact on wild habitats, particularly the Ashdown Forest, it would also devalue local homes and increase pollution and noise to an unbearable degree, the UK government has pledged to cut carbon emissions and pollution and it seam as soon as you see £ signs all of these promises go. We have to live with the noise pollution now and this will make it much much worse. During the summer having windows open or being outside when you are under or near a flight path is terrible, we can't hear each other talking and the air quality suffers. This is a terrible idea.
