This project will increase carbon emissions, noise, traffic on M23. It will furtherarm the local environment and contribute to the threat to our planet. We should be reducing the number of flights not increasing them. I personally would be inconvenienced by more traffic on M23 and M25, already subject to delays, and overcrowded trains via Gatwick.
