Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

My partner & I live in Wisborough Green approx. half mile south of village centre & ever since coming here the vast majority of planes seem to use our house as there visual reference point for turning when using runway 08 to land. Although often annoying during the day especially with some aircraft being much noisier than others but at night this can be particularly disturbing. As such given there are more than enough planes in/out of Gatwick I have three objections. 1, 'Tweak' the flight path requesting pilots NOT to use our house for their turning position. 2, NO to any second runway as there is enough noise and air pollution. 3, Please STOP night flights as really not needed.
