I am extremely concerned with the proposal for an additional runway. Noise is already an issue, the proposal would mean residents in West Kent will have a constant stream of traffic over our homes. Day and night - our MP describes it as a motorway in the sky - and he is right. This is in addition to our concern regarding climate change - surely the Government needs to start taking steps to reduce the damage being done to our planet before it is too late. Joy Podbury
