Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

Need to approve northern runway ASAP. Need to release all airport reserved land south of the airport for development ASAP. I approve of the relocation and use of the northern runway as proposed. However there needs to be infrastructure improvements on the local road/rail network to accomodate additional usage. Also the land "reserved" for a second runway to the south of the airport must be released and used for housing within the remit of Crawley borough council.
