I believe the increased runway capacity will lower the value of our home due to the increased noise. we have already been affected by the flight path move in recent year which now means aircraft fly directly over our property, where previously they were a lot further away and at a higher altitude. This is currently affecting our sleep as the first flight is 0400 and an increased volume will further affect our welfare. In addition there will be increased traffic during the building Phase ( HGV's) and once complete an increase in private vehicle due to higher passenger numbers. Our road are already heavily congested and in poor condition caused by overuse. I also believe that road user safety will be affected by higher volume of traffic and a currently already stretched infrastructure.
