The noise levels are extremely high already with the runway usage as is.We appear to be on a rotor and when it is 'our turn' over Beare Green and Holmwood the volume levels are too high to have a normal conversation in the garden/outside when an aircraft is overhead. The aircraft frequency on these days is substantial and i can not imagine how intolerable it would be if the Northern runway is given increased use. The impact to the residents in the area if the Northern runway is given the go ahead would be considerable and the right to experience a degree of peace in one's own garden and neighbourhood would be lost. I found the LGW leaflet delivered to me promoting the increased use of the Northern runway was at best misleading in its presumption of residents naivety at what the increased air traffic will actually mean from a noise level and life quality. Whilst also being insulting to suggest that 'more landscaping and green planting' and 'highway improvements' will improve air quality in the area or aid the acknowledged desire to reduce global warming. Thank you.
