I am completely opposed to this proposed project for the following (general) reasons: Air pollution, light pollution, increased carbon emissions, increased aircraft, aircraft noise, strain on infrastructure, climate change and net zero, environmental impact. On a more personal level, we moved to this AONB to enjoy a peaceful, largely outdoor life and the noise pollution is the biggest disruption meaning that it affects our enjoyment of simple pleasures of being outside in the garden and walking on the common. The aircraft noise can be so loud sometimes that it's necessary to pause a conversation. Our sleep is also affected by the night flights and this all has a very negative impact on our mental health, not to mention the health risks caused by air pollution for us and our children.
