Gatwick expansion is unwanted by local people who are fed up with having a motorway in the sky above their heads night and day. Incessant plane noise is detrimental to mental health and the countryside character all around this part of Sussex. It will increase road traffic pollution. The infrastructure is not geared up to cope with the increase in flights and access traffic. The UK has legally binding targets to reach net zero and Gatwick expansion will seriously set this back. Build capacity in the north of England and stop greedy investors spoiling our countryside and peace and quiet, for private gain. A second runway is not needed and not wanted.
