I object to the expansion of Gatwick and the development of the Northern Runway. The proposal goes against all efforts to contain the amount of air travel that happens. We are aiming for less air travel, not more . It would be of great detriment to the local community, which already suffers hugely from the number of flights, with very little respite. It is a fallacy that this development will boost the local economy and bring jobs to the area.
