The main issues are that : we live in an AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty) as we are on the edge of St Leonards Forest. It is an idyllic area and could be blighted with aircraft noise and pollution. I am (redacted) and the increase in pollution will affect my health. What is happening about water neutrality - every new development in Sussex has to be water neutral. Southern Water and South East Water have applied hose pipe bans over the last 2/3 years. Development at Gatwick will greatly increase water consumption in the area.
