My property is directly under the landing and taking off of the flight path of Gatwick Airport. We already experience a number of issues with regards to the existing runway and airport. The major issue is the noise from the aircraft as it currently stands, particularly late at night and in the early hours especially when they are circling and changing direction; along with the noise pollution, there is also the problem with the environmental/air pollution. It is impossible to think about the levels of noise that we will get when a second runway is operational. We are also experiencing a large volume of cars parking in our village to go on holiday and/or waiting for flights to arrive which has been exacerbated since Gatwick have introduced drop off charges. Sometimes the congestion down our road (Redacted ), is so bad, that the buses / bin lorries etc have trouble getting down the road, that's as well as the volume of taxis that wait around outside our houses at all hours collecting passengers and waiting for an airport run when the passengers have parked their cars!
