Dear Sir/Madam We are residents of Wisborough Green and own the Estate Agency in the village (Redacted). We cover Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. We are more than aware of how we have, in valuation terms, to deduct from the capital value of country houses and village properties alike when they are blighted by the sight or noise from planes or the increased road use because of more aircraft passage.
