75,000 more passengers per year by 2030? What about the lack of suitable roads? The lack of train routes? What about the pollution? The report says the earliest the N Runway will be operational will be 2029. Us local residents have already noticed it being sneakily used when there isn't an emergency, why is that? What constitutes a "NEW noise operating restriction"? What is the noise envelope at present? Will there be less night flights? I doubt that. Banning flights during certain night hours? I doubt that. They know there will be increased aircraft operations...how many? Any more is too many? Dual runway operations will be unbearable for local residents. They will seek authorisation for compulsory purchase? They will seek "aquisition and imposition of restrictive covenents and statutory authority to override easements and other rights and private rights of way"...What!!!!! How dare they!
