Is this yet another of the 'rolling back' of any semblance of an effort to live a life within planetary boundaries? Aircraft and travelling in them is enormously damaging to our planet. We ought to be taxing 'frequent fliers' and thereby reducing demand not building more facilities for more flying. Future generations will not thank us or our politician's if this is allowed to proceed.
