We have a climate crisis to which air pollution is a significant contributor. In my view, any expansion of air travel indicates a completely wilful and ignorant response to this global challenge. I am shocked that it's even being proposed. Think about HS2 and the mess being made of that project. It's an embarrassment. The proposed expansion is an insult to the British people and the individual sacrifices they are making.
