Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

The noise pollution from Gatwick is already unbearable. Particularly given there seem to be no time restrictions - low flying, large planes throughout the night (every 2 minutes at 11pm, 12pm, 1am and 2am recently) are extremely disruptive, adding capacity will only make this worse. Further more the environmental implications of adding another runway to an already extremely busy airport will just double the pollution and environmental impact from flights, but also from increased road traffic to the airport. I do not believe the economic benefits listed outweigh the negative impact the runway will have on the environment and residents who live close to Gatwick or under the flight path.
