Airport infrastructure cannot support this level of growth. Unbearable impact on residents in surrounding area, noise, pollution, traffic. Benefits financial and social are not felt by local area; money passes to the foreign investors, & jobs growth v limited. Gatwick has not engaged sufficiently with concerned locals, consultations have been limited and results manipulated. Now we discover Mr Wingate will Co-chair the government aviation plan!! Conflict of interest clearly!
