Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

Currently and over the past 5 years approximately the planes are flying lower and further north from their flight path plans. This can be seen from the tracking information on Gatwick's site. This is causing considerably noise nuisance and will only get worse if this runway gets the go ahead. My experience for trying to deal with Gatwick is they are very unhelpful. I have even offered for them to come and see in real life that the planes are not sticking to their routes. I understand this helps the airlines to save money.
