Gatwick Airport Northern Runway

Use of a secondary runway at Gatwick is well overdue. It will bring nothing but benefits for the area and take significant pressure off other airports (ie Heathrow). The majority of the infrastructure is in place E and the land is in the ownership of Gatwick so no major land issues.
