I disagree with the expansion plans. The airport was already refused permission for a second runway by the government, this is a second runway by stealth. Since the airport has changed there flight path, we have more noise than we have done in 15 years. Airports are not beneficial to the environment, the airport will provide spin on the environment. The reality sid plans burn fossil fuels that damage the environment. We can be saying on one hand we need EV cars to reduce pollution and on the other m, encourage more flying, it doesn’t make sense. There isn’t a single local authority that is in favour of this plan. This plan is purely to line the pocket of greedy investors, it’s not about local jobs, supporting the economy etc…..
