The South and West perimeter of the M25 is already serviced by 2 very large Airports namely Heathrow and Gatwick. The traffic and infrastructure cannot support existing demands never mind creating monster super airports. Noise and air pollution is already dreadful, funny how the principles of ULEZ do not seem to be a problem in terms of excessive air traffic pollution with flights directed of Green Belt and AONB. The UK and indeed the South East is not just London, time to be a bit more creative in meeting demand than the constant expansion of existing airports that are already busy enough. It might be the easy option but not the best option.
