I wish to appose the project to expand the northern runway because this will contaminate the already very busy skies with more aircraft flying low over the AONB. There are enough aircraft flying over this area already some of which are very low. Increasing the amount will be detrimental to the house prices and resale value of them. Living in this area, you are looking for peace and tranquility away from the stresses of noise and environmental pollution of the cities. Having even more low flying aircraft will destroy this for many, and open up the gates for more development, hotels, transport, houses, doctor's etc. which in turn will lessen the peace of the countryside that we need to keep. We have many historical buildings that will have their peacefulness shattered with additional aircraft flying over them, which in turn could discourage tourists to visit or spend as much time at them.
