I have lived in Charlwood since 1967and worked at the airport since 1979. I am in no way a NIMBY, but having grown with the airport and seen very little in the way of outside infrastructure increase the road nose is already unbearable 24/7 outside my window and this will only get worse with AS you say 76million passengers. The area cannot sustain such a hit. I know aircraft are generally getting quieter but even now there are limited night flights i am disturbed every morning, how will this be when the airport is operational 24/7. IMO there is no need to expand but make better use of the already available infrastructure.
