Aircraft Noise pollution, Aircraft emissions, Lack of Infrastructure; Roads, Rail, Housing (to support 14,000 newly proposed jobs) and NHS and School places to support a new influx of residents. Levelling up means capacity already exists at other airports; Southend, Bournemouth, Southampton, Luton and Stanstead. Gatwick plans involve a new runway being north of the existing taxiway (whether 12metres or otherwise - remains a new and second runway). At present aircraft frequently fly below height limits on take off and Gatwick takes no enforcement action. Such aircraft movements do not therefore meet existing noise undertakings.
