-Concern over the pollution from aircraft:At a time when we are seeking to become net zero, an increase in air traffic at Gatwick before we have improved the engines on the aircraft is fundamentally wrong -Concern over Safety :With only two runways in total how will any emergency landings been dealt with, there are already times when aircraft have to abort landings because there isn't space, which I understand is because of lack of capacity to move aircraft on the ground -Concern over general parking around the area by air travellers: causing difficulties for people who live there Concern over noise: certain aircraft are particularly noisy, investment is needed in reducing the noise from engines.
