I strongly object to the Gatwick expansion plan. I believe it will have a major negative impact on the villages surrounding Gatwick Airport. Noise pollution is already an issue with planes from Gatwick Airport. Use of an additional runway will only make this worse. It will negatively affect people's health because of the increased noise pollution. We are already putting up with so much noise from aircraft - any additional noise will be unbearable. Roads in areas near Gatwick are already too busy and congested due to traffic going to and from the airport. If a second runway is used, it will significantly increase the number of people using the airport which will result in roads becoming busier in the areas surrounding Gatwick Airport. It will not be tolerable to increase traffic on local roads. Please do not allow this expansion to go ahead.
