The proposal to increase capacity at Gatwick is wholly unacceptable for the following reasons:- Increased flight resulting in more noise and disruption to residents along the flight path Already aircraft pass over Leigh at around 4,000 feet yey it is some 20 or miles away from the airport Residents mental health and quality of life will be severely impacted by this development It is absolute rubbish that this development and increased air traffic would be carbon neutral thus driving a coach and horses through the Governments green agenda Transport links to Gatwick would be inadequate to cope with the proposed additional number of passengers All in all this scheme should not proceed
