The noise pollution and air quality reduction caused by the existing volume of aircraft movements, and traffic/parking problems caused by the existing number of airline passengers, already has a seriously detrimental impact on the quality of life of residents in neighbouring areas. The proposed expansion would make these adverse impacts even worse.
