The need for this proposed expansion in this location does not realistically exist. The impact upon the environment with potentially even great air pollution and noise is totally unacceptable . We currently suffer with serious road and rail travel problems with Gatwick airport as it is now, this proposal will create chaos on the roads rail and infrastructure associated with movement to/from and around the area. Emergency services in and around the area are not coping with current daily needs and this proposal will increase their usage for both daily and emergency needs. There is no realistic benefits from this proposal especially when potential travellers with be coming from regions in the country where their local airports could be expanded to cater for their needs. We are fortunate as a nation to have Heathrow as a major hub airport and the expansion of Heathrow will assist business and social travel needs.
